Teacher To Speak Before Council
Mrs. Margaret A. Phlnney, a teacher of Special Education a t Hyannls Elementary School, will be the guest speaker at a meeting of the Cape Cod Community Council on Thursday, April 11, 12 noon, at the East Bay Lodge, Osterville.
Mrs. Phinney, a graduate of New England Deaconess Hospital, is a registered nurse and worked for many years at Cape Cod Hospital. She has a Master's degree in education from Bridgewa t er State College, and has been employed by the Barnstable S c hool System for the past four years.
The Community Council is focusing on
special services for school children
in monthly meetings this year, and Mrs. Phinney's address is one of a service which started last October.
