This is the story of a welfare agency established on Cape Cod in October 1964.
The facts and figures tend to prove it has accomplished, and is accomplishing, the purposes for which it was planned.
On hearing that the Cape Cod Home maker Service was in dire need of immediate but relatively small financial help, I agreed to review the condition providing I could have access to the organizations records and files.
