Four agencies specializing in home services are suffering identity confusion, according to
Amelia Beauregard of the
Visiting Nurse Assn. of Central Cape Cod.
They are:
Cape-Island Home Care, Inc.,
146 Main St., Hyannis
directed by
Dr. James S. Peace.
Supported by
federal,
state and
local funding,
its basic role is to
help elderly citizens live successfully in their own homes and communities.
It contracts with
Cape Cod Homemaker-Home Health Aide Service, Inc. to provide homemaker assistance.
It runs a nutrition program and provides other assistance.
