Capo Cod Homemaker Service is stepping up momentum in its goal to offer the services of trained homemakers to every family on Cape Cod in 1965.
Announcement was made this Week by Executive Director Harriet Cameron ol an eight - session, evening training course for mid - Cape homemaker candidates.
The course is scheduled to begin April 5 at Cape Cod Hospital.
On completion of their training, women selected from among interested applicants will serve families in Barnstable. Brewster, Dennis, Harwich and Yarmouth.
"Interest in jobs as homemakers is keen," Mrs. Cameron emphasizes, "and time is short, so if becoming- a homemaker appeals to you, please call me soon for an interview appointment at 775-8181, the headquarters offflec telephone.
